About Bel-Air.

One barangay, two villages, 171 hectares at the centre of Makati. Who we are, and the numbers behind the place.

  • Meet Bel-Air
  • green.
  • connected.
  • prosperous.
  • alive.

Welcome to one of Makati's most remarkable communities.

Bel-Air is 171 hectares at the centre of Makati. On one side, the tree-lined streets and village parks of Bel-Air Village, laid out from 1957. On the other, the office towers and lunchtime crowds of Salcedo Village and the lawns of Ayala Triangle.

One barangay holds both: a residential life, a business district, green space, restaurants, culture and a community that looks after its own.

“A progressive community, dedicated to genuine service to enrich the lives of its residents through good governance.”Barangay Bel-Air
