Public records

See how Bel-Air is run

The barangay's laws, budgets, financial reports and purchases, posted for anyone to read and download. No account needed.

Why these records are here

Every barangay is expected to show residents how it makes decisions and spends public money. This page brings those records together.

  • Full Disclosure Policy. The Department of the Interior and Local Government asks every local government to post its budget, financial reports, and procurement plans and results where the public can see them.
  • Republic Act 12009, the New Government Procurement Act. Purchases are posted step by step, from the invitation to bid to the notice to proceed, so anyone can follow how a contract was awarded.
  • Ordinances and resolutions. The council's decisions are published with their dates and status, so you know which rules are in force.
