About the lessons

The barangay runs driving lessons for residents who are learning to drive. Each learner keeps the same two-hour slot on four Saturdays, with an instructor.

You choose your preferred slot when you register. Lessons are for practice: they do not give you a licence by themselves.

Requirements

  • A valid student permit, still in date on the day of your first lesson.
  • A valid ID that shows your date of birth.
  • Age 16 or over on the day of the first lesson.
  • A Bel-Air address on your account.

What the LTO asks for

The student permit and the driver's licence are issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), not by the barangay. The LTO sets its own requirements and may change them. LTO on Wheels, when it comes to the barangay, is listed on the events page.

What to bring to each lesson

  • Your student permit (the original) and your ID.
  • Your reference number, printed or on your phone.
  • Closed shoes, and your glasses if you need them to drive.

After you join the waitlist

  1. You get a waitlist reference and your positionThe reference starts with WL. You see it on screen and in My Account.
  2. If a place opens, it shows in My AccountIn waitlist order. Accept it there within 24 hours, and your place is confirmed.
  3. If no place opensYour registration in My Account says so before the event.
  4. Changed your mind?Leave the waitlist so the next person moves up: check or cancel a registration.
