Where to find your reference number, what each status means, and what to do when staff ask for more information.
Your reference number
Every request gets a reference that starts with REQ, shown on the confirmation page and in My Account.
What the statuses mean
Received means staff have not opened it yet; Being worked on means someone is on it; More information needed means staff need something from you; Ready means you can pay and collect at the hall.
When staff need more
Open the request in My requests and add the information. The days you take don't count against the time staff have.
