Barangay Bel-Air

How to use this app.

The MyBelAir app in five tabs: what each one does, what works without signal, and when you need an account.

Page last reviewed October 21, 2026

The five tabs

Home shows the news, advisories, events and photo albums, with four shortcuts: get a document, track a request, check a document and join an event.

Services lists every barangay service. Type a word such as "clearance" to find one, or choose a category. Forms and documents, officials, transparency, contact details and help are at the end of the list.

Report is where you ask for a certificate, report a concern or book a home repair (Tulong Bahay). If you are in danger right now, dial 911 first.

Updates lists what happened to your requests, documents and event places. Tap an update to open it.

Me holds your account: your Digital Barangay ID, your requests, your events and pets, your profile and your settings.

Emergency numbers on every screen

The Emergency button at the top of every screen lists 911, the Barangay Tanod and the hall. The numbers dial even without signal.

Reading without an account

You can read the news, events, services and contact details without signing in. You need a free account to send a request, register for an event, register a pet or see your updates. The app asks you to sign in only then, and brings you back to where you were.

When you have no signal

The app keeps the pages you opened for seven days. Without signal it shows the copy it kept and says when it was saved. Your Digital Barangay ID works without signal once you have opened it.

Things that open the website

A few things are done on the website, such as business clearances, printing a provisional copy, Chat with us and Send us a message. The app says so before a link opens the website in your browser.
