Barangay Bel-Air

Moving to Bel-Air.

New to the barangay? What to do in your first weeks: get on the register, get a Barangay ID, and register your pets.

Page last reviewed October 16, 2026

Get on the register

Visit the Barangay Hall on Hydra Street with a valid ID and proof of your Bel-Air address, such as a lease or a utility bill. The clerk adds your household to the register.

Get a Barangay ID

Once you are on the register you can get a Barangay ID at the counter. It is printed while you wait.

Register your pets

Dogs and cats are registered with their anti-rabies vaccination. Register a pet online, then bring the vaccination card to the hall for the tag.
