Tulong Bahay: free electrical, plumbing and minor carpentry help at home, daily except holidays, 7:00–11:00 AM and 1:00–5:00 PM. You get a reference number to follow the booking.
Is someone in danger, or is there a fire or crime happening?
Call 911 now. Do not use this form: it is not watched around the clock.
For trouble in the barangay, call the Barangay Tanod.
Can it wait until staff see it?
Then this form is right. Staff read reports during office hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and send each one to the people who handle it.
