Instructions for strict compliance
1. Bring at least two plastic bags full of candies per child to claim the Ticket Stubs in the Barangay Office. No candy, ticket stubs.
2. Claiming of Ticket Stubs will only be available from October 21, 2024 (Monday) to October 24, 2024 (Thursday). Unclaimed Ticket Stubs beyond October 24 will be forfeited.
3. You may claim your Ticket Stubs at the following locations: Bel-Air Village – Barangay Hall; Salcedo – Jaime Velasquez Park Gazebo
4. Waitlist will only be open once the website registration is full. People who wish to be on the waitlist may proceed to the Barangay Hall and register in person until October 25.
5. There will be no claiming of Halloween Ticket Stubs on the event itself
6. Unclaimed Tickets will be given to the registered waitlist on October 25 in the barangay office from 9AM-4PM
7. This event will be open to children 12 years old and below.
