Hon. Constancia Q. Lichauco, Barangay Chairwoman, Bel-Air Village, Makati City
This has reference with the upcoming Computerized Barangay Real Property Tax Payment for the 2nd Quarter of 2023 Real Property Tax, please be informed that your schedule for the aforesaid activity will be on April 3 (Monday). Pick-up time of our personnel is between 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. at Realty Tax Division office at the 2nd Flr. New Makati City Hall Bldg. Poblacion, Makati City.
In line with this, there will be five (5) personnel to man the said activity. The Administration should provide the following, to wit:
Barangay Staff/s to ensure proper health protocols are followed;
Strong, reliable stable internet connection;
Office space with office furniture;
Office supplies such as bond papers, paper clips, and stapler with staple wires;
Lunch and snacks of our personnel;
Transportation from City Hall to location in the morning, and from location to the City Hall in the afternoon; and,
Security guards/escorts who will ensure the safety of our personnel, and the day's collection.
