For 18 years old & above only
- No need to register for boosters if you got the first and second dose in Makati.
- If you did not get your 1st and 2nd shots in Makati, you need to register first with Makati at www.proudmakatizen.com
- Vaccine brand to be used will depend on what is available during the vaccination
- 2nd vaccination interval to booster: not less than 90 days from last vaccination (of 2nd dose)
- Medical clearance for A3 with immunocompromised state
- Bring original vac card
- Bring ID
- Wear face mask and face shield
- Maintain social distancing.
- Libreng Sakay is available for residents of Bel Air Village, Salcedo Village and Malugay. Pls call in advance for pick up at 88954011 for Bel Air / (02) 7750 3467 for Salcedo Village and Malugay Area.
