Lifeline charges extra to patients for PPE and decontamination of the ambulance staff and service vehicle for Covid-19 cases, and other communicable diseases to ensure the safety of everyone on board the ambulance and receiving hospital.
If the patient or his family requests that the patient be brought to a hospital outside of Metro Manila, Lifeline will charge a fee of P100 per kilometer.
