Late registration and motor vehicles ending in 4
Gasoline - 80 slots / Diesel - 50 slots
Requirements:
- Accepting with plate number ending in 4 (April) and late registration
- Appointment schedule via online registration: visit barangaybelair.com, Book online, LTO on Wheels, choose Gas or Diesel, choose prefer time
- Don't forget to bring photocopy of OR and CR of your motor vehicle on that day
- Those without online appointment will not be accommodated.
- Penalties for late registration will not be waived.
- For company owned cars only one car per company will be accommodated
- All appointments must be honored on the time indicated. If you do not come on time, you will be accommodated after all others have been served.
- As with any other LTO office nationwide, system glitches may occur resulting in either minor or major delays.
For emission: LTO can process 50 diesel and 80 gasoline cars a day. All emission testing must be done at BAVA Courtyard only.
In the event that LTO computers suddenly go offline, LTO representatives (not Brgy. Bel-Air staff) will contact/coordinate with you on the details of your registration.
