Search for Model OFW Family of the Year Awards (MOFYA) 2023
Selection Criteria
Wholesomeness of OFW family
Success in education or profession of OFW and family member/s
Civic/Community Involvement of OFW/family
Success in managing family finances
Qualifications
The OFW is the head of the nuclear family
He/She may be presently employed overseas or was a former OFW
He/She must be an OWWA member
Has at least four (4) years of work experience as an OFW
He/She has returned to the country for good for not more than 10 years at the time of nomination
He/She must have no derogatory record
The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA)-Regional Welfare Office-NCR in coordination with the Makati Public Employment Office is now accepting nominations for the Model OFW Family of the Year Awards (MOFYA) 2023.
Two (2) winners will be chosen from the NCR, one from Land-based sector and one from Sea-based sector, to compete with the other 16 regional winners at the National Level for the title of Model OFW Family of the Year 2023.
Nomination forms can be secured at the Makati PESO, 5th flr., Makati City Hall Bldg. I, J.P. Rizal St., Poblacion, Makati City. Look for Ms. Richie Pike or Ms. Amy Garganian or call 8870-1233/8899-8950.
The deadline for submission of nominees is on September 20, 2023.
