July 13 and July 14, 2022 (Wednesday & Thursday)
Only those who have completed their application forms online and have duly paid their respective fees will be accommodated. No walk-ins allowed.
For new & renewal of applications, kindly follow instructions below:
1. Go online at clearance.nbi.gov.ph
2. Fill-up your application form. On the processing day, you will need to present two (2) original (not photocopy) of any valid government issued IDs
3. For processing, choose: NBI Main Branch U.N. Avenue Manila
5. Take a photo/screenshot of the reference number and official receipt.
6. Go online at www.barangaybelair.com, tap NBI @ Barangay Bel-Air, fill-up the form and upload the photo/screenshot of the reference number and official receipt, tap Submit; expect a confirmation email from Barangay Bel-Air.
7. Proceed to the basketball court on Park 3 at 40 Solar St. Bel-Air Village on your scheduled day and time. Photo-capturing, biometrics (fingerscan) and signature scan will take place.
8. No face mask, no entry. Bring your own ballpen.
9. NBI clearance to be released after 7 working days, Cathy will call/text you for pickup at the Brgy. Office.
