All Punong Barangays are hereby requested to disseminate the abovementioned program in your area of jurisdiction to invite your Barangay Staff, Family Members, Barangay Partners and constituents to enroll in the program.

Register at any Red Cross Chapter nationwide and contribute an annual membership fee of P60.00, P150.00, P300.00, P350.00, P500.00 and P1,000.00 depending on the choice of membership category.
