Privacy notice
Cookies and changes.
What this website stores on your device, and how we tell you when this notice changes.
Cookies and your device
- We use only essential cookies: one keeps you signed in while you use your account (with "Keep me signed in", for 30 days on that device); one protects the forms you send against forgery; and, on barangay staff computers only, one remembers a staff device.
- There are no analytics or advertising cookies. The visit counts in What we collect and why use none.
- A few small things are stored on your own device, never sent to the barangay, so the site remembers them: your text size choice (A, A+ or A++), whether you paused motion, and an urgent alert you hid for this visit.
- For this browser tab only, gone when the tab closes: the answers of a form you are filling in while signed out, the last reference number you were given, and a Chat with us conversation, for up to 2 hours. Signed in, a form draft is kept on our server instead (see Keeping and sharing your information).
- There are no advertising cookies and no tracking across other websites.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we update the date at the top. If you have an account, we record which version you agreed to. When it changes in a way that matters, we show you what changed the next time you sign in, and record that you saw it.
